- Your payment was completed, but the requested boosting, coaching, or in-game service has not been initiated or delivered
- You accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same order
- The transaction was unauthorized or identified as fraudulent
3. Ineligible Refunds

- Services that are partially or fully completed
- A change of mind or dissatisfaction after the order has been placed and accepted
