- Coaching Sessions: Arranged within 24–48 hours
- Coaching Session Utilization: Once the coaching/boosting session is scheduled, if the session is not utilized, the session will be considered forfeited. Coaching is a one-off service

- Delivery times may vary depending on in-game factors, order volume, or special requests
- All services are digital; no physical products are shipped
- Customers will be informed about any delays or schedule changes
